1. Products Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following products, provided they meet the criteria outlined below:
● Physical Products: Items such as apparel, accessories, and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
● Digital Products: Digital content, including downloadable resources and courses, may only be refunded if there are technical issues preventing access or usability.

2. Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within:
● Physical Products: 30 days from the date of purchase.
● Digital Products: 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
● Customized or personalized products.
● Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.
● Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
● Services, including coaching sessions, consultations, or memberships.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed as follows:
● Physical Products: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
● Digital Products: Refunds will only be issued if technical issues prevent use and cannot be resolved.
● Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
